Heavyweight Champion Steven"The Main Event" Rampage's contract that stated: If afore mentioned party of the first part ( Steven rampage ) acheives title holder status in the rankings of Tennessee Independent Wrestling Federation that the same party of the first part (Steven Rampage) will agree to Public appearances on behalf of the T.I.W.F. until the party of the first part no longer has title holder status within the rankings of the T.I.W.F.
